Below shows some of the recent Marine projects we have enjoyed working on:
These are stainless control and display panels installed to a complete new build for a split twin hull work boat. We designed the full electrical system (3PH, 63A) to accommodate the clients requests, that included the same rated shore supply.
D.C nav light controls, bilge pump with alarms and 3off fire detection controller all installed on a purpose made stainless engraved panel. There were 2off 24Vdc DB’s installed on the vessel.
This shows 2off the battery bank layouts (there was 4off banks totalled) with manual paralleling switch and m.engine electronic control module supplies.
1off the 3PH 400Va.c 50Hz DB’s ( there were 3off totalled 400Va.c DB’s throughout the vessel).
This is the 3PH 400Va.c changeover supply panel that we designed, manufactured and installed. It allows to select between the generator source or shore supply complete with the facility to monitor the source voltage and phase rotation with a manual selector to change it if the rotation is incorrect.
We were asked to conduct major control alteration to the Main Switchboard 3PH 400Va.c to allow a harbour generator to be used for a much larger load as it’s capacity was not being maximised. We also altered 400A 3PH isolators , adjusting main busbar structure to allow 4pole switching, incorporating mechanical and electrical interlocking as necessary.
Installed a new row of 3PH 400Va.c distribution, having the facility to operate via shore supply too.
