This shows the office sub DB that in turn supplies 2off other outbuilding DB’s. The inside led fire-rated downlighters are controlled by a motion sensor and so to is the outside canopy led lights. 2off non-maintained emergency fire-rated leds were installed, a radial outside socket circuit, a ring socket circuit and thermostatically controlled sockets for intelligent (low power consumption) heaters.

This shows the new DB and containment system that was installed in the house following renovation works downstairs to allow for a new open-plan kitchen/diner area with associated supplies.

The kitchen/diner lighting had led fire-rated downlighters installed. There was led tape lighting installed on the underside of the diner table, the under-side of the worktop and over the splash-back area. The lighting had smart technology installed to them that allowed 2way dimming control. As well as the lighting, there were new supplies installed for ovens , an induction hob, radial socket circuits, a hot tap supply (provision) and also smart tech combined smoke/co detectors were installed throughout the property with a smart security camera too.

This job was a DB change with sub DB added at the origin too for a garden lodge. A new swa supply was installed to the lodge and also a swa supply to the clients’ stores/workshop at the end of their garden (approx 50mts). The whole electrical installation was tested on completion and a domestic EICR was issued.

This was a Domestic EICR that resulted in a DB change. Environmental conditions at the origin (due to the supply being in the clients’ basement) required the DB to be an insulated type. This then had to be installed within a steel enclosure to meet new regulations.
